Brett Steinberg specializes in product liability, asbestos litigation, toxic torts, serious injury, wrongful death and criminal defense cases.  Since joining The Ferraro Law Firm, he has actively participated in complex civil actions against manufacturers of products containing asbestos.  Mr. Steinberg began his career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office defending indigent persons accused of committing criminal offenses. He has successfully tried numerous misdemeanor and felony level criminal jury trials, including cases in which his client was facing life imprisonment.

Mr. Steinberg graduated from the University of Miami's School of Law, cum laude, in 2004, and has been admitted to practice law in Florida and The United States District Court, The Southern District of Florida.  While at the University of Miami, Mr. Steinberg served as a Dean's Fellow for Professor Gudridge's Constitutional Law Course, was the President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Society, and made Dean's list on two separate occasions.  Born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Mr. Steinberg received a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from The University of Florida.
